CANCELlATIONS AND REFUNDS

You can make cancellations at any time. Please keep in mind that any payment/deposits made may not be refundable, depending on how much work was done on my end.  Refunds may be offered at a portion of what was paid, if the project was not completed, but it was started.

PORTFOLIO

I reserve the right to add completed projects to my portfolio, social media etc. i do try to tag the clients' company/business if possible on posts. 

*If there is a privacy issue involved, please let me know prior to the project being completed.

COPYRIGHT FOR designs/artwork

Graphic designs created are custom and exclusive to each business, so the designs are yours once final payment has been made. Please note that I reserve the right to use stock and AI-generated images in my projects (excluding logo designs).

- Any concepts provided that are not chosen or paid for will be a violation of simplee made graphics rights if they are used elsewhere.

REVISIONS

Revisions are included in all of my design services; I don't usually charge for a few revisions requested. However, if an excessive amount of revisions is being requested, an additional fee will apply per revision.

We will discuss next steps, if it starts getting to this point.

ABANDONED PROJECTS

A project will be considered abandoned if I have not heard from you in 30 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If I have not heard from you and you contact me after the 30 day abandonment, a start up fee may apply.​

CONTRACT WITH simplee made graphics

By entering into a project with simplee made graphics, you are consenting to be bound by the terms of these policies and procedures. We post links to this page on our website, invoices and quotes issued, so it is easily accessible and helps with expectations from both sides.
